However, the website really went above and beyond the call with Kris Gethin’s 12 Week Workout Trainer. This 12 week bodybuilding style program is incredible for many reasons. Below I’ve included a short video introduction for Kris Gethin’s 12 Week program, which provides some insight into what it’s all about.
You might just think this is another workout plan, however, it’s far from it. Here are a few reason’s why I enjoyed the program so much.
- There is a video for every single day of the program in which Kris Gethin runs through the days workout, diet, etc. By having this daily video, it provides a great source of motivation and accountability.
- Kris Gethin really knows what he’s doing and it shows. The workouts throughout the 12 weeks are well put together and will challenge you every single day in the gym.
- The workout is FREE! It’s a great alternative to a P-90X style workout without the price tag and just as much thought and motivation put into it, if not more.
While Kris Gethin’s 12 Week Trainer is a great workout, there are a few downsides. The main thing is that it takes up quite a bit of time. If you’re a busy working professional (which I know most of you are), you might not have enough time to complete everything in these workouts. Not only does Kris Gethin’s trainer include a fairly lengthy workout everyday, but you’re also expected to complete two-20 minute cardio sessions. All in all, this workout while take up about two hours a day, so it’s great if you have the time, but can be too time consuming for some.
In conclusion, I would definitely recommend giving Kris Gethin’s 12 Week Trainer a shot if you like bodybuilding style workouts and want to shed a few pounds.
