Does this sound like a good workout/diet plan? I am hoping to lose 20-30lbs within 2 months. 45 minutes on the elliptical 5 days out of the week, weight lifting, 100 jumping jacks and 50 crunches (again 5 days out of the week). Diet- Cutting out soda and sugary drinks, eating more fruit, baked chicken breasts, plain tuna packed in water, 2% cottage cheese and…thats all I can think of for now. If you''d like to give some advice or tips please do!

Your workout is pretty solid. Cutting out soda and sugary drinks is a great idea; you''ll lose up to 10lbs in a year just from that. I''d recommend more veggies than fruits because fruits contain sugar. Also, try eating fat free yogurt instead of 2% cottage cheese. Drink lots of water and try some green tea. You should also try spreading out your meals into 6 small meals.
Always remember that you can overeat your workouts.
